Due to the low adoption of having personal physicians and the prevalent habit of seeking medical attention at different centres, most people in our target audience do not have a set of complete medical records in one location, a situation that can be a source of frustration for both the physician and the patient because the physician may be compelled to start afresh with the management of a patient with a well-established condition instead of continuing with the treatment.

The patient also may be subjected to needless repeated tests and examinations which will be time consuming and expensive.

In certain cases, where the patient may have an allergy or a previous exposure or drug reaction, medical intervention in the absence of a documented history may become fatal.

As part of our services and as a contribution to the elevation of the standards of healthcare in this country, we will maintain a comprehensive digital database for the health records of all our clients regardless of where or through whom the healthcare service was sourced or received.

This database will act as a source of information for continued medical care of our clients anywhere that may be, stored in a readily accessible format and made widely available for duly authorized healthcare professionals.
